Patrick Landanger made his first experimental version of En Caillerets in 2015 that was vinified in temperature controlled tanks and raised in an amphora. He was encouraged by the result and now ferments and matures this wine in three 1600 litre Italian terracotta Amphora with two of the Amphora kept for this special bottling and one going back into the Domaine's normal cuvée.

Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
