#3 Top Value Australian Sparkling Medium to light copper-pink colour, with a restrained bouquet of savoury aromas, clean and fresh if not fruity, leading into a palate of similar flavour, which finishes nicely dry and appetising. Dry straw, dried herbs and pot-pourri. The finish has a tickle of tannin grip and is clean and lingering. Lots of pinoty flavours. There is attractive richness and depth of flavour, matched by the kind of structure that will help it cope with flavoursome foods. An excellent wine; amazing value.
