About this product

Pastora is a Manzanilla Pasada that comes from the 'Solear' solera system in Bodegas Barbadillo. It is aged two more years than Solear to allow it to develop greater body, depth and more 'flor' character. The final 'solera' stage of Pastora is in Barbadillo's 'Pastora' bodega. It is a true ‘Pasada' with its golden hue, pungent yeast, nut and chamomile flavour and is remarkably smooth.

Produced by Bodegas Barbadillo and imported by Pinnacle Drinks, part of Endeavour Group Limited.

Pale golden colour. Intense nutty, rancio, flor nose. Bone dry with great length, depth and complexity. This is the business.

I have had this Manzanilla before when I was living in London, what an absolute treat to have this available in Melbourne. My absolute favorite!

Excellent aperitif for those who love Sherry. Not as sharp as Fino. Complex taste, mix of saltiness and rancio.
