A full bodied red wine that can be enjoyed now, or if you can wait for, age between 5 to 10 years to further soften the structure and enhance complexing notes. The robust flavours of this wine pair nicely with a range of red meat and hearty mushroom dishes. Try pairing with roast lamb, T-Bone steak or a mushroom stroganoff. Strong cheese like an aged cheddar or possibly gouda would also work well.

Deep, dark and youthful in appearance. Lifted and layered aromas of blackberry, bramble, cedar, pencil shavings, eucalyptus and graphite. There lovely vibrancy and purity of cabernet fruit here. Lashings of blackcurrant, mulberry, cassis, spice and a lifted, leafy mintiness. The tannins are textured, layered and shapely and the acidity delivers plenty of life and crunch. A delightfully drinkable and very cellarable cabernet.
