"A portion of this was fermented wild in old oak. The rest was fermented and matured in stainless steel. It's a frisky white wine, lean-ish, attractively textural, ripped with dry pear and florals. Elegant and stylish but in an understated way. Flint and apple notes too, but subtle. Like what I'm tasting here. It won't bowl you over but it's not trying to. It's good." 92, Campbell Mattinson - The Wine Front
