Riesling sourced from high up in the Eden Valley, made by Phil Lehmann. Pale straw with green flashes and aromas of fresh lime and lemon juice, Bickford's lime cordial, orange blossom, lemon zest, crushed stone and a light waft of mandarin. Clean, crisp and dry with just a hint of bath salts appearing on the palate, which powers along nicely thanks to a seam of sizzling acidity.
