Our Australian Botanical leads with a nose reminiscent of the Australian bush and fresh notes of strawberry and lemon myrtle. On the pallet the savoury flavour of the native thyme and cinnamon myrtles produces a well-rounded mouth feel, followed by long notes of citrus and the spice of native pepper berry on the finish. At 43% the finish has good length which compliments G&Ts and a variety of
cocktails.
