About this product

Located in the heart of the Languedoc region in the South of France, Clos du Temple was born on the historic terroir of Cabrieres, the cradle of rose wines. Here, the altitude of 240 metres combined with its south-south-western exposure contribute to the production of a perfectly balanced wine with great aromatic freshness. Biodynamic methods are used to tend the vines, which along with the use of horses and mules helps encourage the connection between the mineral, the plant, the animal and the human. A blend of Grenache Noir, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvedre, and Viognier, with 6 months of maturation in new French oak barrels. This is a rose of remarkable complexity, characterised by notes of red fruits, blackcurrant, exotic fruits, and pineapple, supported by minerality and sensational freshness. The length and aroma of the nose continues with a silky, complex mouthfeel. Serve with decadent seafood dishes, such as lobster or scallops.
