Light yellow-straw colour, with a pungent green pea aroma that reminds of cool-climate semillon. Flowery, too. There's also a nutty note that may come from subtle use of barrels. The palate is soft and round and dry, supple and silky, and there is also richness and persistence. There's a trace of greenness but it's an interesting and distinctive style.
