The Fish Cage Pinot Noir Shiraz is a blend of Tumbarumba Pinot Noir and Hunter Valley Shiraz. Pinot noir from the cool climate of Tumbarumba is fragrant with red cherries and spice, blended with the ripe blackberry and plum fruit of the Hunter Valley Shiraz. The resultant wine is a seamless blend of the two varieties which has both character and elegance.
