Presenting a pale lemon hue, this Chardonnay offers a medium-intense nose with initial nutty aromas leading into notes of vanilla, honey, nougat, and a core of stone fruits. On the palate, apricot and peach flavors unfold, supported by noticeable acidity that is expected to mellow with aging. The oak influence adds texture with hints of vanilla and almond meal, though currently slightly prominent. A toasty character and toasted cashew notes emerge, alongside a touch of waxiness and citrus, culminating in a finish with hints of white nectarine and peach skin bitterness. This youthful wine shows promise, ideal for pairing with creamy Camembert cheese, grilled lobster tail, or a buttery risotto with wild mushrooms.

Pale colour. Lovely apricot, peach touch waxy aromas with hints of lime. Well-rounded and creamy style with ample white and yellow fruits, fine supple textures, some waxy, hint roasted almond notes and well balanced fresh long acidity. Flavourful, slinky and bitter-sweet at the finish with tonic water notes. An outstanding wine for this price point. Drink now – keep for a while. 13% alc
