Everything here is as it should be. A slight bronze tinge, a burst of sweet pear, a crunch of apple and just enough texture to suggest at grippiness - without quite going there. Add fuzzy peach and lychee flavours and the barest, barest whisper of sweetness and you have a racy-but-generous white wine begging to be teamed with modestly-spiced foods.

The colour is light copper/pink hue, which could be termed ramato. The bouquet is sweetly floral, fragrant and reminiscent of dried wildflowers. There is the merest tickle of sweetness on the fore-palate before a cleansing dry finish, soft and balanced. This would be a real crowd pleaser.
