"Crisp and zesty style, kind of skittish and certainly energetic. Falls more towards the lime flavour spectrum more than lemon, and has some slight grassy notes, but they add interest rather than detract. Finish is neat and tangy. Tasted over two days, and it looks better today than it did yesterday, which is always encouraging."

"The only one of these single-vineyard expressions to be machine harvested. Still dry grown. Still an exemplary site, sand and red clay. The broader of the 3 Tyrrell's single-vineyard Semillons, with a more verdant nose of nettle and greengage, melding with lemon zest, camphor and bath salts. The flavours ease their way across the palate, the stream of filigreed acidity drawing a long arc. My assistant Emi and I both liked this for its immediacy. Delicious from the first sip, albeit, lacking the drive and depth of its siblings. The best of the 3 to breach early."
