Palermo Rosso is a revitalising non-alcoholic aperitif with flavours of natural aromatic herbs and botanicals along with a subtle flavour of vermouth with rich spicy undertones. 

A dash of Palermo Rosso over crushed ice and lemon provides an intense, stylish and balanced aperitif or mix it with juice or water, for a perfect summer drink.

Like actual sweet vermouth with the alcohol

All the flavor, feel, aroma and color of sweet vermouth, but no alcohol. And very affordable. Great as a mixer or straight on the rocks.

Due to health issues I was looking for an alternative to Cinzano, I am amazed that the Palermo Rosso taste is so good for a vermouth difficult to differentiate with alcholic vermouth
