Rose-gold colour. The bouquet is mellow and nutty and very appealing. Smoky mushroomy pinot notes. Cracked wheat. Very dry, savoury, refined and long on the palate with great elegance and tension. Creamy mousse makes for a fluffy texture. It fills the mouth and sates the sense. Lovely wine. (Disgorged February 2018)
