A modern, Australian take on the great Tempranillo grape. A little licorice and molasses, black cherry, nicely concentrated, without heaviness. Vividly fresh, and tightly packed, with a pleasant spice note on the finish. Dan’s wine panelist, Han Lau, recommends this as a very versatile style to suit many food types.
