Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Deep, dark, dense colour; a very concentrated, rich, dense wine, which is extremely un-Tasmanian. A massive, fleshy, full-bodied red which is quite oaky as well as powerful and long. Impressive rather than charming. It could be accused of missing the point about the glories of Tasmanian shiraz, and trying to ape the Barossa. (583 bottles produced in honour of Nick Glaetzer's mother Judith)
