This is my Australian go-to if my pocketbook doesn't allow for a French Champagne. The best mid-priced sparkling in my opinion. Flavourful, plenty of fine bubbles and very compatible with lighter style hors d' oeuvres and meals. Very disapp

Like all Pinot Noir Chardonnay Brut this is a bubbley wine and oh its so good, The price is fine not too cheap and not too expensive I usually have at least one in the house, so if I know I have friends coming I can put one in the fridge. T
