Mid-yellow colour and a very bready, aldehyde bouquet which is ultra-complex and loaded with toffee, peanut brittle and nougat aromas. Massive power and intensity of flavour, and pleasingly lively acidity. It's full-bodied but has surprising finesse for a pure pinot noir wine.
