The wine has complex aromas and flavours, so much so that you might wonder whether if a small percentage was barrel fermented, until the clarify of the mouthfeel disposes of that idea. Two rivulets of flavour run happily along the palate, one with lemon citrus flavours, the other with green apply and gooseberry, tied together by crunchy acidity on the finish.

Very light, almost pale colour, with a dusty, straw-like, dry grass aroma, a hint of cut-radish, while the palate is very delicate, restrained in its youth, and lacking depth of flavour. It's very simple and falls quite short. Lots of snowpea greenness. Possibly it will pick up some generosity in time, but on the day, it's pretty basic.
