Pazo Barrantes has a well-balanced palate; the acidity is crisp without being sharp. Fruits are soft and ripe with a dominant apricot character. The wine has excellent mouthfeel as well as noteworthy purity.

This is full flavoured and essentially dry but with a mouth watering fruit complexity and deliciousness. This is the wine to match with rich seafood dishes. The grape is Albariño and the flavour is to die for.
