Due to the wine having the alcohol removed, rather than being an "alcohol free" wine, the wine is made in the traditional way with the process of removal of the alcohol added to the process. This enables all the great Shiraz flavours to be retained.

Very bright youthful purple-red colour; a strange nose with echoes of violets and other blue flowers, but not vinous. It's very sweet on palate, light in weight and short, the flavour vanishng quickly and leaving a faint trail of tannin. The balance is better than most.
