One Block Syrah

Cool climate shiraz at its finniest. It's well-structured and balanced, with a medium body. The flavours are complex, with layers of blackberries, plums, and black cherries dancing on the palate. There was a pleasant hint of black pepper and subtle smoky undertones that added depth to the wine. The fruit was hand picked with the inclusion of 55% whole bunches resulting in some carbonic maceration. Aged in oak for 10-12 months and settled in tank for 3 months.
