More than a touch of luxury here. There's much to enthrall you in each glass. Pale gold in colour, with a very fine bead, it’s awash with flavours of brioche, baked goods, apple, custard, cream, yeast, and marzipan, all in a powerful, but tight, riper fruit style. Careful ageing has introduced a honeyed note which completes a fascinatingly complex and engaging sparkling wine.
