Light straw, brassy colour. Clean but subdued aroma. The palate is tart and crisp, lean and lively, with a trace of sweetness harmonised by acidity. It's softer and more resolved than the same wine under screwcap: the acid and sweetness are less noticeable separately, and more harmonised.
