What should I do if a product delivered to me is spoiled or tastes bad?

In case a product is delivered to you that is undrinkable, please contact our Customer Service Team at the bottom of this page providing as many details as possible (batch details, expiry/best before dates) and they will help you further. Please don't dispose the bottle as we may ask for a sample sent to us if an investigation is required with the Quality Assurance team.

It's important to get the batch number of the product if possible, so we can pass this on to our Quality Assurance team to make sure there are no further issues with the batch of this particular product.

We would then be more than happy to offer you a refund or a replacement of the product.
