We’ll beat a competitor’s current price on a liquor product if:

• Item is identical and in stock 
• Item is not from overseas online, member only or duty free retailers, or reduced to clear. 

We reserve the right to limit purchases to reasonable retail quantities. 

Dan Murphy's is committed to promoting responsible alcohol consumption and mitigating legal and regulatory compliance breaches. Consequently, there may be circumstances where we cannot beat a competitor's current price if the resulting discount is considered by us to be one that could potentially encourage irresponsible alcohol consumption or breach any applicable guidelines or laws relating to responsible selling, promotion and advertising of liquor. This includes circumstances where a competitor's pricing error would result in a price beat that breaches these standards. 

DoorDash Customers - If you find a cheaper current price on an identical liquor product in the same quantity that is in stock and listed at the same time by another competitor on DoorDash in your State or Territory, use this form. Your submission will be reviewed within 72 hours against these terms and conditions and, if approved, you will be provided with DoorDash credits equal to the difference between Dan Murphy’s price on DoorDash and the relevant competitor’s price on DoorDash, as well as a price beat difference that will be determined during the submission process. Note: applicable product limits apply. Unless otherwise advised by us, Dan Murphy’s Lowest Liquor Price Guarantee on Doordash only applies to competitor prices on DoorDash before the application of any promotional codes, deals or other discounts that may be applicable when you check out your cart on Doordash.

UberEats Customers - If you find a cheaper current price on an identical liquor product in the same quantity that is in stock and listed at the same time by another competitor on UberEats in your State or Territory, use this form. Your submission will be reviewed within 72 hours against these terms and conditions and, if approved, you will be provided with Uber Cash or refund via original payment method equal to the difference between Dan Murphy’s price on Uber Eats and the relevant competitor’s price on Uber Eats, as well as a price beat difference that will be determined during the submission process. Note: applicable product limits apply. Unless otherwise advised by us, Dan Murphy’s Lowest Liquor Price Guarantee on UberEats only applies to competitor prices on UberEats before the application of any promotional codes, deals or other discounts that may be applicable when you check out your cart on UberEats.
