If you find a cheaper current price on an identical liquor product in the same quantity that is in stock and listed at the same time by another competitor on UberEats in your State or Territory, use this form. Your submission will be reviewed within 72 hours against these terms and conditions and, if approved, you will be provided with Uber Cash or refund via original payment method equal to the difference between Dan Murphy’s price on Uber Eats and the relevant competitor’s price on Uber Eats, as well as a price beat difference that will be determined during the submission process. Note: applicable product limits apply. Unless otherwise advised by us, Dan Murphy’s Lowest Liquor Price Guarantee on UberEats only applies to competitor prices on UberEats before the application of any promotional codes, deals or other discounts that may be applicable when you check out your cart on UberEats.
