Yes, we do have the delivery in as fast as 60 minutes* or 'Express Delivery' service. But it is known as 'Delivery Now' at Dan Murphy's.

Yes, you can return or exchange a product. The fastest way to obtain a return or replace your purchase is to visit your local Dan Murphy's store where our team will be able to assist you immediately. If you are returning Direct from Supplier products or if visiting a store is not convenient for you, then please contact our Customer Service Team via the Contact Us form and they will get in touch with you to discuss the available options.
In the event that your product has to be returned to our fulfillment centre, please allow 2-5 business days for your refund to be processed after the product has been received at the fulfilment centre.
If you wish to change/update/amend or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible via the Contact Us form.
Please check your order status. If the order status is 'Order being processed', please contact the Customer Service Team to confirm whether there might still be time for us to amend or cancel your order. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your request, however, unfortunately, no guarantee can be given once an order has been placed.
If we are able amend or cancel your order after it has been placed, we may do so subject to you providing proof of purchase, to the ordered products being in their original condition and packaging and to you agreeing to pay an amount we request on account of our reasonable costs of processing the change or cancellation if updates require postage.
If your order has already been processed, you may still be able to return your order, which can be done easily through any Dan Murphy's physical store or via Australia Post (conditions apply, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy).

If you have ordered products that are required to be delivered from different locations, (for example Direct from Supplier) your order will be shown split by delivery. For each delivery, there is a link provided to track it, once it has been packed.

We have a team that regularly checks all of our competitor's pricing to make sure we have the lowest price at all times. However, if you find that we've missed something, we'll beat the price on the spot for you. As online prices are subject to change due to local specials and availability, we will need to assess the current pricing at the time you wish to make the purchase.
