BRANDY & COGNAC

Brandy is the name given to the spirit made from distilled grape juice that’s then matured in oak casks for at least 2 years. The most famous of these are the fine French brandies of Armagnac and Cognac, although Australia, South America and Spain are also producing stunning brandies. Brandy can also be distilled from fruits such as peach and apple.
