Pale gold. Beautiful grapefruit necatrine aromas with toasty, yeasty, marzipan notes. Generous yet refined with plentiful grapefruit lemon curd, stonefruit flavours, toasty, tonic water notes, fine sinuous textures and lovely mineral length. Fine mouthfilling and persistent bubbles give the wine superb mid-palate volume and vitality.
