Chairman's Reserve 2009 is a combination of 11 year old rums from their Vendrome & John Dore 2 Pot Stills, and their column still. These different pot stills, and the column still element gives their Master Blender interesting components to make this rum. Aged in ex bourbon casks, and then married in bourbon casks after the blending process, it is a fruity, spicy dram with some complex herbal notes too. A cracking rum from St Lucia.
