Wild yeast fermented. Sixty percent whole bunches and sixty percent new oak. This is a beautiful wine. Class act. It''s great now and it should age terrifically too. Marzipan, twigs. Dense wine with lots of grunty, grainy tannin. Rich array of spices and dust and non-fruit elements. Violets. Bitter aftertaste in the most positive of ways. Peanutty oak as a finisher. Challenging wine. Uncompromising too. Love it.
