Our Vodka Seltzers are small batch cocktails that are a hand crafted blend of our triple distilled signature vodka, lightly sparkling soda water and a hint of Native Australian botanicals.
Quandong & Peach:
Quandongs are known as the 'Australian native peach' and are hand picked where possible in the wild or locations across Australia where they are in cultivation. Quandongs partially use the nutrients of other plants to sustain growth and are usually planted alongside gundabluie (acacia victoriae).  Seasonal variations in growing conditions may affect the colour in between each of our craft batches.  
Sounds amazing! What does it taste like? 
Quandong's are tangy and sweet, contain a large seed and have a similar flavour to richly stewed peaches. Grown in semi-arid and central desert areas of Australia, they like it hot!
Davidson Plum & Rosella:
 The Australian native Davidson Plum grows along the trunk of rare rain forest trees and are hand picked. Rosella flower fruits are sourced from all across Australia. Seasonal variations in growing conditions may affect the colour in between each of our craft batches. 
Sounds amazing! What does it taste like? 
Davidson Plum's are juicy, tangy (really, really tangy) and have a similar flavour to damsen plums, tangy ones. Grown in rare rain forest areas of northern New South Wales and in Queensland, Australia, they like it hot and rainy! 
Aniseed Myrtle:
The Australian native Anise (Aniseed) Myrtle leaves are used and grow on rare rain forest trees which are hand picked where possible.  Seasonal variations in growing conditions may affect the colour in between each of our craft batches.  
Sounds amazing! What does it taste like?
Aniseed Myrtle has a taste similar to licorice, aniseed and star anise. Grown in rare rain forest areas of northern New South Wales and Queensland in Australia, they like it hot and rainy!
