Ginger Syrup 750mL

Peninsula Blvd's range of delicious and fruity soda syrups and mixers began as a passionate project of That Spirited Lot Distillers towards achieving environmental sustainability. Our syrups are thoughtfully handcrafted out of fruit leftover from the distilling process, which minimises organic waste going into landfill. Today, our production facility runs purely on solar power, strives to use organic or local ingredients, and has established recycling processes.
Serving: Light 15mL, strong 30mL.
Soda: 1 part syrup to 6 parts soda.
Spirit: 30mL spirit, 15mL syrup, over ice, top with soda or tonic. Garnish with fresh citrus.
Create: Homemade salad dressings and sauces, dessert toppings, cakes.
