Arquiteka apple cider is the culmination of two years of thoughtful experimentation. It combines nine varieties of hand picked Yarra Valley earth fed apples (twice cold pressed), five carefully selected yeast strains, purified rainwater, a little genious and aged for six months, and up to two years.

Cider for beer drinkers

A dry cider that tastes clean and refreshing. I say it can be for beer drinkers because it has a full flavoured taste and not the sweet style more suited to Moscato drinkers. Excellent sessional cider. I love it.

I never liked apple cider until I tried this.

Had this last night at Navi in yarraville paired with cheese, so so delicious and not sweet. I think it would be amazing with pig of course!! Buying a case today!

Very dry but also super apple cider vinegary in a not nice way.
