Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc 2023

This is a classic Adelaide Hills cool climate Sauvignon Blanc with a little age but still looks fantastic. In many ways we tend to drink our Sauvignon Blanc to early, and this wine has developed some fantastic mid palate flavours with a little age. Machine picked in the cool of the morning and pressed off skins ASAP has meant that all the beautiful Sauvignon Blanc characters of cut grass, snow pea, lime oils, guava, passionfruit have been retained and the age has allowed some penetration of mid palate fruit intensity that can be masked by the green aromas of young Sav Blancs.
