About this product

Winner of a Gold medal at the International Wine and Spirit Competition in 2011, this rum has a rich dark gold mahogany colour, wonderful intense nose of sweet raisins, sultanas, hints of tobacco and vanilla from the oak. On the palate strong with sweet honeyed fruit and spices, giving a lovely balanced and complex rum. The Forgotten Casks have not been chill filtered and is a blend of 6 to 11 year old rums: intense, raw and satisfying.

Great rum on the rocks or cold cubes for special occasions. Very mature taste and a limited burn, perfect to enjoy.
