No oak during pre-bottle maturation, but some lees work is employed to lend character. It's light and lithe, but not missing glide and satiny texture. There's a great perfume of lime in tonic water, a touch of ginger and some green tea. The palate is similarly adorned, though the gingery element is more pronounced and the finish is very refreshing, lemony and yet a little shortbread biscuit savouriness is there, too. Really appealing and generally delightful drinking.
