ur initial comment was, "This is pretty serious stuff!" The high quality fruit has been expertly handled to produce a wine of great complexity and class. There's a heck of a lot going on in the wine. Rich, decadent layers of red fruit, brambly, earthy notes and very well judged stalk contact result in a wine that deserves a roast duck dinner.
