This is a more subdued style of Sauvignon Blanc, heading more towards the tropical fruit flavours. It's an ideal food wine with a level of complexity not always apparent in Sauvignon Blanc - a small percentage of the pressing was wild fermented in oak and blended back into the wine.The end result is a lovely, fresh, crisp wine with complexity that is both varietal and regional in it's expression.

A very good example of the Margaret River style of Sauvignon Blanc. Tight minerality drives flavours of tropical fruit and honeydew melon, along with an light attractive herbal note which adds complexity to a palate that is almost creamy.
