Eden Valley Chardonnay

This stunning Chardonnay hails from some of the oldest vines in the Barossa. Subtle aromas of ginger spiced apples, white florals and wakame seaweed are followed by a palate that is taught and driven, with good density and intensity, structure and length. The core is spiced citrus and green apples with bright acidity carrying through the textured and balanced palate. Subtle spiced oak characters play through the palate. Complex and layered flavours.
