Machine-harvested, destemmed and crushed, cold soak, pumped over twice daily, matured in French oak for 18 months. A powerful, full-bodied cabernet with blackcurrant fruit, earthy/savoury tannins and French oak woven together on the bouquet and palate alike. This needs the most time of the '14 Willoughby Park Cabernets, and will emerge on top down the track.
