This Secret Selection Yarra Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has an intense mixture of dark berries, red currant and liquorice with lifted dark aromas on the nose. It spent 18 months maturating in French and American Oak. This gives the palate a richer and fuller feel. It also has concentrated dark berry fruit, black cherry, chocolate flavours with delicate oak spiciness and full well-rounded tannins on the palate, providing structure and length of flavour.
