Dry, Light Bodied style of SemillonHunter Valley, Australia2015 picking had an incredible amount of hand picking and bunch sorting which was slow and expensive but meant that clean fruit was delivered to the presses which were all processed swiftly to get the juice away from the skins. The wine has lifted citrus aromas, the palate is unified with a powerful fruit backbone which is balanced by the wine’s acid profile. This wine shows a persistent flavour produced by some of our best vineyards.
