Dry, Full Bodied style of Cabernet MerlotThese Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were machine-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The ferments were pumped over twice a day. Postalcoholic fermentation, it was pressed to tank before racking off to barrel for malo-lactic fermentation and maturation. The wine was then blended together, fined, filtered and bottled.

Ruby red. A riper nose - plum and prune, undergrowth, cedar and tobacco. Smells rich. The (high quality) oak is a serious player in this wine, appropriate for a richer, fuller, more powerful wine, though not smothering or domineering - more pleasure than pain. An absolutely alluring nose that gets fresher with ever second in the glass. Will age magnificently. A baby Jack Mann.
