Made by the saignee method, where pure merlot juice is "bled" off the the ferment before gaining too much colour, this suitably pale and fragrant rose is both versatile and good. Its red berry and citrus tinged fruit flavour is bright and bracingly briney with elements of light green herb adding savoury interest. Enjoy this pert rose with light meals or relish its mosaic flavours on their own.
