This outstanding wine captures everything that is good about southern Barossa shiraz. Sweet and seamless flowing, spiced fruit in the spectrum of black cherry, blueberry and plums caress the palate. A wine of subtle grace that evolves in the glass. Meaty pan-juice reduction flavours and chocolate notes combine well with raspberry - coconut slice appeal, along with a seam of fine black pepper. A confident and supple tannin structure and long finish round out a very special Barossa release.
