This Secret Selection has lovely balance, and it progresses with purpose and grace. Although the palate is beginning to loosen and expand, it will still benefit from further time in the cellar. A beautiful expression of Barossa shiraz where the energy of the fruit has been promoted and preserved. The nose is alluring and complex with gentle spiced plum, faint savouriness and a little milk chocolate. The palate is a mix of vibrant, succulent fruit, subtle spice and a little roasted meat.
