About this product

This Secret Selection is very rich and firm but very well structured. Harmonious tight acidity is balanced with volume of fruit in the middle and firm dry astringency at the end. The wine has hallmarks of treatment with good French oak and maturation to produce a supple wine with good ageing potential. The finish is long and generous, leaving spicy dark chocolate flavours lingering on the palate.

Took a punt on this one. Happy I did, and went back for more. Really nice nose, and complex palete. Good aussie blend

Strong acids on first opening so I decanted and let it sit for 30-45mins after which it became a very different wine with rich young fruit opening up. Seemed low on tannin so I wouldn't cellar longterm but a few years might help soften th

It did not seem to have much of the Cabernet flavour of other Shiraz and I did not find it strong in any particular area. It said it was at half price well all I can say is that do not believe that it was a good deal even at that price. Mo
